Private Property von Jota Ramos ist eine Ausdauerperformance zum Thema Diversität, die Privatheit von marginalisierten Identitäten und Körpern in einer öffentlichen Umgebung hinterfragt. Wo fängt der öffentliche Raum an und wo hört er auf? Was sind die Grenzen dieser Räume? Welche Körper sind in ihnen sichtbar? Jota Ramos wird an verschiedenen, stark frequentierten Orten im Stadtraum performen und diesen Fragen nachgehen.
Jota Ramos, geboren 1989 in Brazilien, ein*e transmaskuline*r nicht-binäre*r multidisziplinäre*r Künstler*in aus Berlin. Ausgehend von autobiografischen künstlerischen Experimenten erkundet Ramos die Praktiken von Performance, Video, Installation, Fotografie und Poesie.

Private Property by Jota Ramos is a diversity-themed endurance performance that questions the privacy of marginalized identities and bodies in a public setting. Where does public space begin and where does it end? What are the boundaries of these spaces? Which bodies are visible in them? Jota Ramos will perform at various heavily frequented locations in the city and explore these questions.
Jota Ramos, born 1989 in Brazil, is a transmasculine non-binary multidisciplinary artist from Berlin. Starting from autobiographical artistic experiments, Ramos explores the practices of performance, video, installation, photography and poetry.
